What To Improve

• Communication between subteams and within subteams on progress

  • Working on different tasks can leave team members disconnected from each other

• Not waiting around to see what resources are available or are not available to use

  • There was a delay at the beginning of the project because we weren't sure if we could use a certain component a certain way for our program... turns out we couldn't and we had to redesign
